Please give as much as you can afford. Everything goes to the Huw Thatcher Trust, which is part of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust, and in turn the Disabilities Trust. Tragically Huw died in 2011 of a brain aneurysm and his family set up this trust in his memory.
Huw was in Katie and Hannah's year at school and went to the school where Helen and Cath work. So, when the Hepworth Dryad picked it as it's nominated trust this year we couldn't miss the run!
Think of us all as we run the 5 miles (nearly all of which is uphill), but particularly Helen and Cath as we are old and creaky!!!
