I'm abseiling down Wakefield Cathedral during Mental Health Awareness Week to raise funds for the Rethink Together group, who meet at St Catherine's, and for the Emergency Food Store @ St Cath's. Many of those using our facility have mental health issues and desperately need support. A friendly face and a listening ear can make all the difference.
