I'm running to raise some funds for ‘IPET end of life care team' aspect of the amazing work done by Mountbatten Hospice  who work alongside the NHS team to provide end of life care and support to patients, their friends and family.

This is such an fantastic service and our family received so much care during our Mums death - they truly did help so much and every little bit of funds raised will help another family going through the same experience.
