The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

General fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. For eating disorder charity, Beat, this has led to a 30% increase in demand for their services, despite receiving less funding due to cancelled fundraising events and loss of staff. The Beat webpage was the first place I visited when I believed that I was struggling with an eating disorder. It was one of the web-chat volunteers who encouraged me to seek support. I would not be where I am today without the support from this amazing, dedicated and committed charity. There is no minimum or maximum donation required, please only donate what you can reasonably afford right now.

To say thank you for your donation, and as part of my 2.6 challenge, I will be posting homemade positive postcards to the first 26 people who donate by the 26th April. The idea of the postcards is to enable you to send a loved one a little bit of positive post and a reminder that you care. Please message once you have donated to arrange your positive postcard delivery.
