This is quite simple as I still can't believe I have signed up to run a marathon! I was one of those who always said 'I can't run ' but a few years ago when the local gym closed I downloaded the 'couch to 5K' app and the bug just grew from there. Now I find myself signed up for running 26miles! So believe me,  if I can do it so can you!

My friend Sally Dunn is also running the marathon with me and I know she is going to smash it!!
