I am taking part in a ladies only super sprint triathlon at Rother valley on June 12th. It is a 200m swim, 10km bike  and 4km run. For those of you that know me you will know that aside from being a triathlon widow I myself have never done anything like this before and it is for a great charity so please give whatever you can.
