So, for some reason unbeknownst to me, I've signed up for the Great Manchester Run. As you may know, I enjoy sitting on the sofa, sleeping, eating crisps and generally avoiding exercise. However, I've decided I need to get fit and, knowing that I have to run in Manchester City Centre in front of actual live people, is giving me the incentive to do that.
