I am taking part in LandAid Steptober.

I will be competing against 12 other CEOs from across the property industry to see who can take the most amount of steps throughout the month of October, whilst raising money for LandAid. We are supporting LandAid's mission to end youth homelessness in the UK.

Many days I am desk or office bound and do a couple of thousand steps.  I am trying to add 10,000 steps a day to complete a target of 372,000 for October.

Everyday I have the honour of working to provide thousands of places that people call home. I know how important it is for people to feel safe and secure in their home and how it contributes to their well-being.

I am doing this small gesture to help support LandAid's mission to end youth homelessness in the UK.
