Yes it's that time of year again! In order to raise some much needed funds we are taking part in The Color Obstacle Rush at Brighton Racecourse on the 22nd June where we will get sprayed with various colour paints and have to climb over/under/round various obstacles over a 5km course. This will also be Matt's first time "enjoying" the run as he's been at University doing exams in previous years. 

Springboard provides fun, exciting and inclusive short break sessions for disabled children and young people in Horsham, Crawley, Worthing and Sutton. They would not be able to run these services without support from the local community so every donation helps!
