As many of you will know, Dec sadly passed away in 2009 and I have now got my act together and entered the Great North Run in his memory.  

With less than 6 weeks to go I am pounding the streets to get myself fit for my first ever half marathon and now I need your support!  

With Dec in mind it seems a natural choice to support the British Heart Foundation and I would really appreciate it if you could spare a few pounds for this brilliant charity.  I shall be running this event with Adrian Townson most likely pushing me along.  He is also raising money for the same cause.
