I'm challenging myself to run 100k for the MS Society this September! 

A distance runner I am not, in fact the words 'cross-country' instil fear to this very day! 100k is going to be a huge ask but I'm determined to do it!

The MS Society plays a leading role in research, & strives for better treatment & care for the 130,000+ people in the UK living with MS. Their vision is for a world free of the effects of this disease, a disease for which there is currently no cure. 

The coronavirus crisis is creating additional challenges for people with MS, & whilst demand for the vital services of the MS Society has soared, funding has nose-dived. They urgently need your help.
