I am raising money for the PBC foundation as I have been involved with them for over 20 years. My mom has this illness and unfortunately my nan died from PBC just before I was born. PBC is an autoimmune liver disease that effects many people in the uk and currently has no know cause or cure. The foundation does a wonderful job offering a global support network as well as funding research into the illness to hopefully develop a cure and save lives
