Fran and I have decided to cycle to 453kms from London to Paris ... because well why not!
I started the year with no bike training and have conquered the hills of Yeovil, worked out my gears, joined Ridgeway riders in Weymouth and completed a 60mile ride through Norfolk. I have padded shorts and I am ready to cycle through the French countryside on the 16th August.

 
Whilst I am doing this ride for "fun" and personal achievement I have been asked a lot about raising money for charity so if you are able to and would like donate to one of these charities I would greatly appreciate it.
