Some of you may be aware that I have suffered with anxiety and depression for years. It’s a constant battle and some days/weeks are harder than others. Since I have been running, my mental and physical health have hugely benefited. I decided to try red January as a personal thing but I’m a strong believer that mental health should be talked about and it should be treated the same way as physical illness. Unfortunately funding for it is not great and not everyone can get the help they need.
Anything you could donate would be hugely appreciated. So far I have run 46 miles this month ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much
