Hello. If you want to hear a good news story at the moment then just read about the work of the ALMT (https://almt.org/). My brother and his wife set up this foundation 16 years ago and it has helped dozens of small, hard-working children's charities across the world do incredible things. It has far reaching impact that goes beyond its own size. I am super proud of everything they do.

So every few years, I try to do one small thing to help raise money for the ALMT. In February 2023, I am going to run 13.1 miles. Not very far for some of you, but it's the longest I'll have run for over 20 years! Please support me and the ALMT in any way you can.
