Tim and I have decided to Swim 10 miles in July to just do a little something to support our niece Emily and her family, as she has just started treatment for aggressive triple negative breast cancer.

The 10 mile swim is 644 lengths of a 25m pool! We will be going at 6am 3 mornings a week, and some evenings too. Anyone that knows me, knows I am not a natural early-morning person, but getting up early is nothing compared to what Emily is going through.
