This is my first ever 5k race, I have decided to run this race to help support a great charity and to also push myself since completing the couch to 5k plan with my son. 2 months ago I couldn’t even run around the corner, in 9 weeks the C25k plan enabled me to run the full 5k. I now have the opportunity to give something back and this seemed like the right opportunity 😊
