I’m crazily taking part in Ironman Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 this weekend, a 2.4 mile swim, 112 miles on the bike then a marathon. 

I wasn’t planning on trying to raise any money as this is a personal challenge for me, however we desperately need equipment for our liver service, any money I raise will be put towards buying a machine to help us take blood from our patients. I’m so lucky to be able to even attempt this challenge and it would be amazing if I can help some of our patients by doing this.
