Tanya and I made the rather ridiculous decision to cycle 100km from London to Brighton to raise money for Women vs Cancer.  At the time of signing up the longest we'd managed was 20km so we'll need all the encouragement we can get.  

To be honest.. we're normally fair weather cyclists who aren't really very good at hills. So we invested in some new shiny bike kit (that bit was easy) and we've been busy getting in the miles.
