Passionate about supporting our local charity MAIN, myself, eldest two daughters and my son-in-law are taking on the challenge of the Teesside Three Peaks (there and back)! Now if you're thinking 'wow, that's not really a challenge', I have to disagree! Walking 22 miles with two teenagers is enough to challenge any parent! 

Based in Middlesbrough, MAIN helps children, teenagers and adults who live with a range of disabilities. Through a whole range of sessions, people are given the skills required to live an independent life. In addition, this safe space is wonderful for building friendships whilst allowing parents and carers a break from their role. 

MAIN have recently purchased a new, much larger building. This means they will able to offer more services to an increased number of people. My little tribe would like to raise some funds in order to support this expansion to allow even more people access to what MAIN has to offer.
