I spent the last year working at Eikon and know first-hand the impact they can make on children and young people's lives. They have a range of projects and services from youth specialists in schools to youth clubs in communities, to support young people through different transitions and difficulties in their lives. Their focus is in improving young people's physical and emotional wellbeing and mental health. They believe in prevention, and where that's not been possible, in helping early on, before a concern becomes a crisis.

The pandemic has had an impact on all of our mental health and young people have been especially affected. With changes in school and spending lots of time away from friends, often in difficult home environments, offering support and stability is vital and Eikon can help with that. This is a cause that is very important to me and I really appreciate any support you can give.
