On 24 June 2026, two strong earthquakes, measuring at magnitudes 7.2 and 7.5, struck north-central Venezuela just 39 seconds apart, causing catastrophic damage and impacting reportedly nearly ten million people.

In an emergency like this, every second counts.

That's why I'm taking on a 10K Race to Respond challenge on 18th July, to raise money to fund the response of Red Cross teams who are on the ground supporting people affected in Venezuela.
