The Williams Syndrome Foundation was formed in 1980 and is run by parents for parents of children with this rare condition which causes heart and kidney problems and learning difficulties. It desperately needs funds to finance its ambitious research and family support programmes which include national conventions and regional meetings.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I am really excited about running now, but am also quite nervous, so please donate to inspire me during those last painful miles!

I have chosen this charity as a close friend of mine has a 6yr old son suffering from the condition. I am so lucky to have two healthy children and have so much respect for the parents and families living with this condition. ANY support that the charity can provide is well deserved.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Williams Syndrome Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me if you are able to,  I really appreciate the support.
