After volunteering at last year's Sleep Out event, this year, I have decided to take part, sleeping outside in cardboard boxes on a cold November night.

This is a challenge for me. But, for so many young people in Wales and the rest of the UK, this is reality.

I won't experience a fraction of their discomfort and fear on this one night, however, I hope to raise awareness and funds in support of homeless young people and women in Wales and urge you to help by sponsoring me!
