I'm taking part in Cancer Research UK's Pretty Muddy 5k this year...with my lovely Old Bromsgrovian netball girls for support!

It basically involves completing an obstacle course over 5k through mud, dirt, grime and filth!

This is the first of a number of challenges I'll be doing this year to support those charities that have helped my grandparents and father-in-law through tough times, and who continue to raise money for vital research and life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating these horrible life-limiting diseases.
