In memory of my amazing and much missed big brother Tim Sparks (24/09/1975-02/04/1993) who should have been 50 this year I'm lacing up my trainers and running 40k in May, to help make sure everybody with CF can live a life unlimited. My strides, along with many others, will be helping to bring the Cystic Fibrosis Trust closer to the next research breakthrough.

By taking on this challenge, I want to contribute to helping the largest charity funder of cystic fibrosis research in the UK. Last year, they invested £4.7m on CF research and by doing my 40k in May, and fundraising, I am helping them to keep learning and move forward.

Your incredible support can help the Cystic Fibrosis Trust to continue to fund essential aids to make ground-breaking discoveries that change lives for the better. Since they were initiated in 2013, they have funded 25 Strategic Research Centres, bringing together over 140 scientists and specialists from over 50 cities and 15 countries around the world.

Together, we can make sure everyone with CF can look forward to a brighter future.
