Helensburgh Netball Club have decided to get together to train, and ultimately complete, the Helensburgh 10K on Thursday 21st May 2009.  For most of us, this is our first attempt at running such a distance and in doing so we hope to raise a large sum for Cystic Fibrosis Trust.  ANy donation you could make would be greatly appreciated.
