I'm doing my thing for BBC Children in Need. As a grant maker, they support disadvantaged children and young people all across the UK. With our support, they are able to change almost half a million young lives across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland every single year.

I have recently realised how much I love running etc and what is more challenging and fun than raising money for charity than doing something you love and enjoy? It will start on Mon 30th Oct and over various sessions up to the 17th Nov will be completing the distance of 26.2 miles/42.2 km on the treadmill. 

My aim is £300 but I would LOVE to beat that!!!

As a mother myself, it has always grabbed at my heart strings watching what they do, and I always think what if that was my child. This is my chance to help make a difference and help those who need it the most.
