CYCALL runs inclusive cycling sessions for adults and children living with a long term health condition or disability. Our sessions are about 'more than just pedalling', they provide and opportunity for valuable social interaction and we play with outdoor games and sensory toys.

Story

I have left this til last minute due to being in triathlon denial! 😅 on Sunday 26th June I will be taking part in and hopefully completing a sprint triathlon at Bowood House in Wiltshire. This event involves a 750m swim, 21km cycle and 5km run. The swimming training has been a huge challenge so far and I’m having nightmares about when I came last in the brownie swimming gala in the late 1980’s 😱

I am doing this to raise money for CYCALL a charity based in West Sussex  that has brought huge joy to many people. They provide the opportunity to take part in cycling to people of all ages with disabilities and long term health conditions. I love cycling and I did not think this was something I could share with my son until we encountered CYCALL’s adaptive accessible cycling sessions. They are a fantastic local charity and I’m going to do my absolute best to raise as much as I can for them. Please donate if you can, thanks so much for your support with this challenge!
