HELP INDIA BREATHE

The situation in India is dire and critical, with mortality numbers rapidly rising. The lack of availability of oxygen cylinders, hospital beds, and essential medicines for critically ill patients has overburdened India’s healthcare system. 

Our Help India Breathe initiative seeks to bring our community together to showcase our positive message and unite our voices to provide help. We have a number of physiotherapists, trainers, fitness studios, and artists that are willing to offer their time and effort in return for donations.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

1. Athletic Development Club (ADC): Online Class on Saturday the 15th of May at 10:15 AM - Donation of £15 per person. https://athleticdevelopmentclub.com/
2. Runner's Workshop (Strength, Yoga, and Pilates): Online Class/Webinar on Thursday the 20th of May at 7:30 PM - Donation of £15 per person. 
3. F45 Training Vauxhall: In-person Class on Saturday the 22nd of May at 11:30 AM - Donation of £25 per person (ONLY 20 SPACES AVAILABLE). https://f45training.co.uk/vauxhall/home
4. Static Fit Spin Studio: In-person Spin Class on Friday the 28th of May at 6 PM and 7:30 PM- Donation of £25 per person (ONLY 20 SPACES PER CLASS AVAILABLE). https://www.static.fit/
5. 3D Running Assessment by The Running Room London: 2-session In-person appointment - Donation of £200 (Usually £250) ONLY 5 AVAILABLE. https://www.therunningroom.net/london
6. Vee Fitness: Online fitness class on Friday 21st May at 6pm (back pain management) and Sunday 23rd May at 10am (Abs and core) - Donation of £10 per class. https://www.veefitness.co.uk

HOW IT WORKS:

• Make a Donation with your Full Name and the name of the Offer you want to partake in using the comments feature. E.g. Adrian D'Costa - F45 Training Vauxhall. If you want to participate in more than one offer write all them in the comments (e.g. Adrian D'Costa F45 Training Vauxhall & ADC virtual class).
• Email fundraising@r-d-physio.co.uk with your contact details and screenshot after completing your donation. We will then forward this to the appropriate studio to provide you with a confirmation of your class.
