I've not always been a runner, I never ran in school or ever really untill now. In fact I've only just recently started my running journey, what better way to do it than to run the London Marathon! Im running for such a wonderful charity, the support love and care they offer to elderly people is incredible. Loneliness can easily go unnoticed, I want to help raise awareness as much as I can.
