This year the company I work for (Fluor Ltd) is supporting Shooting Star Children's Hospices so I've signed up to do the10km sunrise walk around Guildford..

Lovely Dennis is walking with me so this page is Hels'n'Den's page!

You might think that 10km is way less than my usual but perhaps you also know that I have a dodgy knee so now really struggle to get over the 10,000 steps.  Physio is starting again later in the month..

The challenge here may be getting up early and have registered, listened to the safety briefing, completed the one minute silence and warmed up to start walking at 6.30am on Sunday 17 October..
