Each Hemlow employee was asked to nominate a charity that they'd like to support in 2020. All charity names were put into a hat with two final names selected, and then the team made a decision by voting on which charity Hemlow would be supporting. As well as taking part in the JLL Property Triathlon again this year, Hemlow will also be running several events throughout the year in order to boost donations.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. Their goal is a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family and for all men. CALM provides a free and anonymous helpline (0800 58 58 58) and webchat (5pm-12am daily) staffed by trained professionals. They also offer bereavement support, and aim to tackle stereotypes of masculinity, suicide and male mental health.
