Even before the pandemic, four in every 10 children in London lived in poverty. With the impact of the Covid-19, the cost-of-living crisis and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the figure is rising every day. 

Hendon Mosque is working in partnership with Sufra NW London.  Alhamdulillah they are already feeding around 500 people a week and are expecting thousands more people to experience financial crisis and homelessness in the year ahead. New referrals to the Food Bank and Refugee Support Service are already as high as they were at the peak of the pandemic.
