Ronald McDonald House Charities UK don't stop for Christmas. The festive season can be a critical time for families who rely on the charity to keep them close to their child in hospital. 

We all know that charities have lost out on events and donations this year due to Covid - one of these is the Henley Living Advent Calendar which we (Eva and Graham from Henley Scan) are proud to be involved in every year, and as a charity providing accommodation for families all over Oxfordshire and Berkshire, Ronald McDonald House usually features as one of the causes supported by this event.

Christmas is a special time for families and we wanted to help raise the income the charity would have received from the Henley Living Advent Calendar. The Henley business community wants to send lots of love to anyone who finds themselves in hospital this Christmas, but especially if it's a baby or precious child.

Their dedicated Ronald McDonald House team are there 24/7 throughout the year to make this happen. Staying at a House next to the hospital enables families to rest and recharge in the privacy of their own bedroom. 

The Houses give the best gift of all; the opportunity for parents to spend crucial time by their sick child's hospital bedside. They ensure a warm, welcoming and supportive environment, but they can't make this possible without our help.
