This year I am running the London Marathon and Cycling both the Prudential 100 miles and Palace to Palace this year for the Prince's Trust. I have been supporting the Prince's Trust for a number of year and will continue to support their amazing work.

The Prince’s Trust is a British Charity that was set up in 1976 by HRH The Prince of Wales. So far it has helped 870,000 disadvantaged young people across the UK. The Princes’ Trust believe that every young person should have the chance to embrace exciting opportunities. They help 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives. Many of the young people the Princes Trust help are in, or leaving, care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health issues, or have been in trouble with the law. 

The Prince’s Trust has returned £1.4 billion in value to society through their help for disadvantaged young people over the last 10 years alone. They run free programmes that give young people the practical and financial support they need to stabilise their lives. They help them develop key skills while boosting their confidence and motivation so they can continue to dream big. In order to do this the Prince’s Trust operate by having strategic partnerships with companies who give time and money to them. 

In 2015 the Prince’s Trust launched Prince’s Trust International and have started piloting initiatives in Australia, Barbados, Canada, Greece, Jordan, Malta, Pakistan and New Zealand based on the work done in the UK.
