This August I’m going to be running, jumping, and crawling in the Tough Mudder South West to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The charity provides invaluable help to cancer sufferers (and their families) in times of greatest need. I’ve seen first-hand what a difference Macmillan nurses make, and I know that they are a charity worth donating to.
Tough Mudder is a 10-mile mud run with 20 assault-course style obstacles. These include jumping into freezing water, wading through mud, leaping off walls, and even running through electric wires!
It might be challenging, but I’m hoping to raise enough money to provide Macmillan with a sizable donation, and so help cancer suffers around the UK. It is worth remembering that cancer affects approximately 1 in 3 people.
If you can donate for this cause, however large or small, I would be hugely grateful. It all adds up.
Oh, and if possible, Gift Aid it!
Thanks,
Henry
