Ok so where do I start...

I have seen this horrible disease take far too many good people too soon and if there is anything I can do to help the cause to prevent it from happening again, I want to give it my best shot.

This is by no means going to be easy for me, I am currently the unfittest I have been in a long time but I am willing to give it my all to make sure I don't let you all down! This is going to push me to my limits and I am absolutely bricking it but with your help and support I'm sure I will be able to get through it!

This is in memory of the ones I have lost too soon:

Grandma Beercock, Grandad Dave, Sue Blakey, Nanna Paver & Daisy Healey (she managed to beat it) but still had to go through all the trauma at such a young age! There are many more but I could go on forever!
