I will be completing the 4x4x48 challenge, this means running a total of 48 miles, running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, setting off at 4am on March 6th, with the second run being at 8am and so on.

The Dorset Children's Foundation is an independent local charity
dedicated to improving the lives of disabled children living within our
community.  The DCF provides activities, resources and equipment to children with disabilities so that they and their families can live happy lives, in an inclusive community that welcomes diversity.  100% of donations benefit the children.
