I am going to run the Colchester Half Marathon for Headway Essex. Headway Essex support people living with aquired brain injuries. I sustained a brain injury in 2015, and have been supported by Headway Essex since 2016.

Headway have supported me by helping me to get my life back together.

I want to run the Half Marathon because i enjoy running and I want to give back to a service that has supported me.

It would be good if people donated because Headway Essex has helped me personally, and lots of other people with brain injuries, and I want to show to people that my brain injury does not stop me.

I have been training hard already and am preparing to run on the 22nd May. Please donate!!
