As most of you know I work in rehabilitation at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC) at Stamford Hall. In September I will be undertaking the national forest trek, I am walking 75 miles over 3x days for the DMRC Benevolent fund. This fund is volunteer ran charity that provides funding to support holistic, occupational and social integration opportunities for serving military patients at DMRC, that are not provided by public funding. The programme, events and activities play a vital role in keeping patients motivated and supported while undertaking what can be an arduous and challenging process. Please help me reach my target to give something back to this amazing cause, thank you.
