Story
I'm going to attempt to run 52 marathons in 52 weeks for our severely disabled son Lewis' Life for Lewis Appeal. "Words from Lewis below"
Dad’s decided to try and raise the bar for my 18th year. He’s going to attempt to run 52 marathons in 52 weeks!! (Starting Monday 23rd Sept 2019). He truly is bonkers!.
Please support him in what will be his toughest personal challenge EVER!. He will be going into unknown territory and will need all the encouragement he can get.
This maybe a bridge too far for him and will test his mental and physical resolve to the limit, but he has promised me he will give it all he has to complete the challenge. Good luck Daddy x!.
If anyone would be willing to maybe sponsor me for this insane challenge which will 100% be the toughest thing I have EVER done then I would all be extremely grateful and it really would help so much towards us giving Lewis everything he requires in terms of disability specific equipment and items not available to him under the NHS or statutory services, of which there is many and will continue to be as he begins to go into adulthood!.
