Blindfold Run · 2 November 2014 ·

RSBC believe every blind child and their family should have the skills and confidence they need to live their life without limits. We work with blind children and young people and their families to develop the skills they need to overcome the barriers to realising their hopes, dreams and ambitions.

Story

ok, so following an unhelpful adjournment of last year's run owing to a pesky, about-to-burst appendix, we are back on track! here's the back story:

apparently, 'we own the night' wasn't enough of a challenge... we've decided to try the crazy-leading-the-blind version!

in a (sadly not that random) moment of insanity, shel thought it would be a great idea to let harj guide her on a 10k run. remarkably, harj agreed! so on 20 september 2015, we'll be doing our best to not break our ankles (and our friendship!) in a BLINDFOLDED run. yes, you read that correctly. there might even be costumes... and tickets to come watch what is likely to be some fairly eventful training! ;0)

the serious bit: we're also raising money for the royal london society for blind people (about which you can read over there ---->) and anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated.

thank you!
