Every year BG Group runs the BG Energy Challenge bringing people together from the energy industry to raise money for CARE International & SPARKS.  Prior to the event each team is set a target of £5000 minimum to raise.  The event itself is 3 days of physical, mental and strategic challenges with the details withheld from participants right up until the week before.

Last year Hess entered the BG Energy Challenge and managed to raised just over £10,000 for the charity Care International. This year we (Hess) are entering the BG Challenge and have pledged to raise a minimum of £5000.

So if you’d like to sponsor us– please do! Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure, and if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you – bonus!

Hess takes its Social Responsibility seriously and have agreed to match any amount raised.  This means that any amount you donate here will be doubled. Another bonus!
