This June I'm off to beautiful Sir Benfro - Pembrokeshire on a camping trip ....with a difference! I will set out on a challenging, extraordinary and life-changing 100k trek (gulp!), all in the name of checking chests! (Have you checked yours today? Before you read on, do it!)

I will be joining the amazing Giovanna Fletcher (eek!) and lots of amazing & inspirational women who I have yet to meet. We'll be spending 7 days trekking a challenging 100km of Pembrokeshire's rugged, stunning but unforgiving coastline in a bid to raise funds for CoppaFeel's life-saving mission. It won't be easy, there's lots of really big hills everyday, I won't have any luxuries or even a shower or access to a toilet every day, never mind straighteners! But this is important to me.  

I'm doing it for my cousins, friends and their families who are living with breast cancer and going through treatment right now. Also for those of you in my life who have come through it and are more fabulous & amazing than ever. YOU are my inspiration X  

I want to raise as much money as possible to help the amazing CoppaFeel! charity to do all the amazing things they do to help and raise awareness of breast cancer, especially amongst young people which is so important.
