HOME IS A HUMAN RIGHT. We exist to defend the right to a safe home in Wales and fight the devastating impact the housing emergency has on people and society. We do this with advice, support and campaigns – and we never give up. We believe that home is everything. Stand with us. Join the fight.

Story

Back at Christmas 2015, Cardiff folk band, 'The Lusty Horns' teamed up with Oak House Homeless Hostel in Cardiff and film maker John Parker to make a Christmas video with a powerful message.

"We had a great time recording and making the video, we raised awareness about the work of Shelter Cymru and most importantly we raised many hundreds of pounds to help the homeless. It's now 2017 and Shelter Cymru need your support more than ever so we're going to keep on fundraising and spreading the word.

Please help Oak House and other centres like it in Wales by making a small or large donation via this Just Giving page.

Every penny will go to help the homeless"

Tim Riley - self appointed spokesperson for 'The Lusty Horns'

The Lusty Horns are: Hugh Irwin, Gareth Anthony, Simon Futty and Tim Riley. Our Christmas film was made by the talented John Parker
