I need your help to raise funds for Home Farm Trust, a charity that funds for people with learning difficulties. My brother Stephen lives in a home at Wadebridge in Cornwall run by HFT and any sponsorship raised will help to provide facilities for the care home.
It's the most efficient way for me to raise funds for my charity. If you are a UK taxpayer your donation will be increased by almost a third at no cost to you.
