Earlier this year, Sensei Steve sadly lost his dear dad, Ron Groom. 🧡

As a team, we would like to honour Ron, and Steve, by taking this opportunity to give back to Ellenor Hospice, a charity dedicated to providing specialist palliative care to both adults and children, across Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, West Kent and the London Borough of Bexley. 

Together, we will be taking on the challenge of Nuclear Blast on September 11th 2021 - a lapped 5km [minimum] course, jam-packed with 30+ muddy obstacles and terrain.
