Why am I doing this?

The 2nd of July will mark nearly a year and a half since my best friend Ellie Waind very sadly passed away after an incredibly brave and selfless fight against cancer at the age of 23. Ellie fought against a rare and nasty cancer known as Sarcoma. Sarcoma is a type of cancer that develops in the bone and soft tissue. It is difficult to diagnose and one of the hardest to treat. By supporting me, we can help change this. Your donation will help fund vital research to find a cure, keep support lines open, raise awareness, and improve treatment and standards of care.

Ellie wasn't just my best friend but a best friend to many. She asked very little of her friends and selflessly cared about all the people she loved all the way through her fight. All she did ask us to do was raise money and awareness for Sarcoma UK so that others like her might have a better chance. This I feel is the least I could do and your support would mean so much.

So, what am I doing?

I am raising money by allowing you to choose my next (very dodgy) haircut in order to raise some money for a cause very close to my heart. To do this all you need to do is donate and vote for a hair style 😱, as this doesn't require much effort on my behalf I am also going to attempt my first marathon around North Yorkshire on the 4th of July.

How does it work?

Once you have donated check the thank you email that you will be sent and use the link to vote for the Haircut you want to inflict on me. You can vote multiple times by donating multiple times!
