On Saturday 13 September (Ride+Stride day) Richard Clowes, High Sheriff of Leicestershire, is cycling 60 miles round churches in every borough in Leicestershire to raise money for the 25th Leicestershire Ride+Stride and the 50th Anniversary Appeal of the LeicesterShire Historic Churches Trust.  LHCT gives grants to historic churches and chapels throughout Leicester and Leicestershire to help with repairs.
